ACMA states that online casinos and casino-style games offered to people in Australia are banned services under the Interactive Gambling Act. Banned services must not be advertised in Australia.
Licensed wagering
Sports and race wagering can fall within a regulated category when the provider holds the required Australian licence and follows federal and state or territory rules. ACMA maintains a register for licensed interactive wagering providers.
Venue machines
